Sasha Allen & Ricardo Zayas Join Aurora Barnes at Feinstein's/54 Below
Sasha Allen (The Voice, Pippin, Hair, Camp) and Ricardo Zayas (Hamilton) will join Aurora Barnes in Somewhere Between Sondheim and Lullabies at Feinstein's/54 Below on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 7pm. A portion of the proceeds from the show will benefit TADA! Youth Theater, of which Aurora, Sasha, and Ricardo are all alumni. Come hear songs ranging from Sondheim to Bob Dylan to Aurora's original compositions.

Jim Caruso and Billy Stritch have become known as 'The Entertainer's Entertainers,' thanks in part to their long-running Sunday night residency at Bemelmans Bar at The Carlyle Hotel. The musical duo has been joined at the grand piano by Bono, Liza Minnelli and Michael Feinstein, among many others. This past Sunday night's show was a parade of theatrical types, including Linda Lavin, (currently starring in Nicky Silver's Too Much Sun), who belted a torch song. Nuyorican Poets Cafe Announces 40th Anniversary Season Programming
The Nuyorican Poets Cafe will commemorate its 40th Anniversary with a range of new multi-arts performances, retrospective events and infrastructure upgrades. Beginning with preview events this summer, the Cafe's 40thAnniversary season will showcase the work of dozens of poets, playwrights, actors, musicians, burlesque performers, multimedia artists and educators.
Brooklyn Museum Presents Adult Public Programs in March and April
During March and April the Brooklyn Museum will present an array of public programs for adults including a panel discussion moderated by Gloria Steinem, a screening of the film Reel Injun, performances by jazz violinist Regina Carter and the Orchestra of St Luke's, a quilt-making workshop, and a new series of engaging adult programs that take place every Thursday evening.
