BIO

Audrey Heffernan Meyer originated the role of Kay Morgan in Joe Godfrey’s Romance Language Off Broadway at Ars Nova last year, directed by Carl Andress. She’s appeared with Antonio Banderas and Chita Rivera in the Broadway Workshop of Zorba, directed by Tony- nominee David Levaux, and Mata Hari, directed by the Tony- nominee Sheryl Kaller. Off-Broadway, Deborah in From Silence at Theatre for the New City, Grushinskaya in Grand Hotel at St. Clement’s (directed by Nathan Brewer of Aladdin fame), and as Mrs. Spencer in the acclaimed production of Merrily We Roll Along at APACNY. She’s appeared in the new musical Quilt at Playwright’s Horizons, Oliver! at Gallery Players. Lead roles in Magic Flute, Orpheus, Carmen, Pagliacci ,Pinafore at the Kaye Playhouse with Bronx Opera Company and Blue Hill Troupe.

In TV and film, Audrey co-starred on the Emmy-Award winning TV series Royal Pains, and co-starred in the film Did You Hear About the Morgans with Sarah Jessica Parker and Hugh Grant, and appeared in Gossip Girl, 30 Rock, Damages, Sex & the City, One Life to Live, It’s Complicated, and numerous commercials.

(Laurey)- Carousel Theatre, Gondoliers (Giulia) -Mahaiwe Theatre in Great Barrington.

Audrey now studies with Austin Pendleton, Ed Setrakian, Jonathan Lynn, Andrea Cerie, and F. Murray Abraham. Vocal training- Met Tenor Felix Knight, Coach Bob Marks and Candace Goetz.

APAC Sets Cast for Upcoming Production of Stephen Sondheim's MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG

The Award-winning Astoria Performing Arts Center (APAC), will be presenting Merrily We Roll Along, with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and a book by George Furth, based on the original play by George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart. The musical will be choreographed by Misha Shields, musical directed by Ming Aldrich-Gan and directed by APAC's Artistic Director Dev Bondarin. The musical begins on Thursday, April 30, 2015 and continues through Saturday, May 23, 2015.
