Ashley Stillburn has performed in musicals and concerts both in the UK and internationally. Notable credits include Walter Hartright in Andrew Lloyd Webber's first revival of The Woman in White (musical) at Charing Cross Theatre, and 'Charles Clarke' in "Titanic (musical)" UK & International tour . Further credits include 'The Phantom' (understudy) and Raoul (understudy) in the West End production of "The Phantom of the Opera (musical)", 'Enjolras' (understudy) in the West End production of "Les Miserables (musical)|Les Miserables", 'Antony Hope' in "Sweeney Todd (musical)" for 'Toulon Opera', 'Corrado Montelli' in Maury Yeston's "Death Takes a Holiday (musical)" UK & European Premiere at the Charing Cross Theatre and 'Armand Dufau' in "The Braille Legacy" also at Charing Cross Theatre, London.
Ashley Stillburn has also performed in concerts at St. Martin in the Fields, London and internationally in Thailand, Malta and Guernsey.
In July 2020, Ashley Stillburn returned to the West End cast of "The Phantom of the Opera (musical)" to understudy both 'The Phantom' and 'Raoul'.

The long-running West End production of The Phantom of the Opera and the revival of Disney's Mary Poppins have announced that they will reduce their standard 8 shows per week schedule to 6 shows per week.

Following the first ever UK & Ireland tour of Titanic The Musical in 2018, casting has been revealed as the production prepares for its 2019 worldwide tour. After opening at the New Victoria Theatre, Woking on 11 July 2019, the production led by returning director Thom Southerland will tour across the world until 15 December 2019.
