BIO
Ashley North is an NYC based singer/songwriter, actor and model. Her youthful years proved very fruitful earning her countless awards like Little Miss California and 101.3 KATY?s ?Valley Idol?. North also spent years performing her own concerts at Riverside County?s ?Orange Blossom Festival? alongside P!nk and Third Eye Blind, eventually becoming their official fireworks performer. North graduated from the University of California, Irvine with honors and a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. During her years at school she was seen in many professional productions in and outside of Irvine winning her an Inland Theatre League award. Favorite credits include: Cinderella (Into the Woods), Narrator (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), and Sheila u/s (Hair). Apart from performing she spent much of her free time writing original music which she recorded and produced with Amherst Aisle?s Ben Kashuk, and Melee?s Chris Cron. After graduating North made her mark originating the role of Miss Kitty at Hong Kong Disneyland with Jennifer Lawrence and Disney?s Sr. Music Producer, Dan Stamper. Post-Asia, Ashley moved back to LA to focus on her original work and found herself collaborating with Jonas Brother?s Composer, Paul Phamous. From there, the travel bug struck again and North was back in international waters ? this time performing aboard the Royal Caribbean fleet. Now having performed in over 35 countries, in countless musicals, lounges, and weddings, Ashley will be exploring the USA making her National Tour Debut as Nicola in the six-time Tony Award winning musical, "Kinky Boots".

Price&Sons is known for their comfortable and dependable classic shoes for men. When sales plummet and stock is filtering back in by the truck load it is up to Charlie the heir to the shoe factory to pull the company back on its struggling feet and restore the name of Price &Sons to its glory. How does one do that you may ask?

Often when you go to a Broadway show you want to be challenged, enthralled, and blown away. Other times, as Cindy Lauper says in her hit song 'Girls just want to have fun'. Ms. Lauper's 'Kinky Boots' falls under the latter category and that's ok because it is just that, a really, fun and enjoyable show. With Book by the Broadway Veteran Harvey Fierstein, and music and lyrics by Cindi Lauper, with strong direction and choreography by Jerry Mitchell, made for an entertaining and enjoyable evening. The show is based on the British Indy film of the same name which debuted in 2005. This TROIKA Entertainment touring production, playing in the intimate setting of the Emerson Colonial Theatre was just the thing for a cool rainy night out.
