Arthur is a professional voice-over talent who has done commercials for the NY Red Bulls and the FDNY, and a commemorative narration celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund. He took improv classes with John Swist of QuickThinking Improv in NYC to enhance his VO skills, but it steered him more into the field in acting, landing him a role as Mr. Irving in the independent film Downshift. Other film credits include Holy Fire (Pool Hall Patron) and Marvin in April Again, now on Amazon Prime. He’s appeared in the music videos Ain’t Nothin’ New by Jadakiss featuring Nipsey Hussle (RIP), Calling by Strawberry Blonde, and That Chicken by Dyme-A-Duzin, as well as an episode of Investigation Discovery’s True Crime with Aphrodite Jones. Theatre credits include Fences (Troy Maxson), A Soldier’s Story (Sgt. Waters) Radio Golf (Roosevelt Hicks), Death of a Salesman (Ben) Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner (John Prentice Sr.) The Meeting (Rashad), Of Mice & Men (Crooks), Sweat (Brucie & Evan), Romeo & Juliet (Lord Capulet) Othello (Montano & The Duke of Venice), and as The Homeless Man in the 2019 NJACT Perry Award Original Play Shakespeare's Lost Masterpiece.
