BIO
Arielle Beth Klein is a Brooklyn-based actor/writer/teaching artist. As an actor, she's performed off-broadway and regionally. As a writer, she's been developing her solo show My Shiksa Boyfriend with dramaturg Seth Barrish (Mike Birbigilia's The New One) to have a run at Kervigo Ensemble Theater during the Fall 2021. After a successful run with Kervigo Ensemble Theater in October of 2021, My Shiksa Boyfriend, directed by Christine Cirker, returns to the New York City stage! Written and performed by Arielle Beth Klein, this solo play will be going up Off Broadway at Theater Row on October 23rd at 7pm the United Solo Theater Festival.

The excitement begins in the Garment District at NYR's new Kamer Theater with The Whore From Ohio (Di Zoyne Fun Ohayo) (Oct 6, 2018) and makes its way to the East Village at The Theater at the 14th Street Y with the much anticipated return of Waiting for Godot in Yiddish (Dec 21, 2018 - Jan 27, 2019) as part of The 14th Street Y's Season of "War and Peace".

The YIDDISH KING LEAR, written by Jacob Gordin (aka the Jewish Shakespeare), is without a doubt one of the most famous Yiddish plays of all time. Starring David Serero in the title role of King Lear, this unique play will be performed on January 30th and February 1st 2018 at 8pm at the Orensanz Foundation located in the heart of the Lower East Side, New York.
