Review: HAY FEVER, The Mill at Sonning
A staple of the British stage, Noël Coward’s Hay Fever was inspired by the playwright’s travels in New York meeting an eccentric family. Supposedly, the matriarch wasn’t kind to Coward’s perceptions of their lifestyle, but this comedy of manners still paid off and has become one of his best known works. In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Coward’s passing, the charming Mill at Sonning is staging a new revival.

Casting Announced For OUR LADY OF KIBEHO At Theatre Royal Stratford East
Theatre Royal Stratford East today announces the full casting for their co-production with Royal & Derngate, Northampton, of Our Lady of Kibeho, written by Katori Hall. Marking 25 years since the Rwandan genocide, this powerful drama now has its London premiere at Theatre Royal Stratford East in a remount of James Dacre's critically acclaimed production at Royal & Derngate earlier this year. Reprising their roles are Michelle Asante (Sister Evangelique), Michaela Blackburn (Evas), Pepter Lunkuse (Marie-Claire Mukangango), Michael Mears (Father Flavia), Rima Nsubuga (Vestine), Ery Nzaramba (Father Tuyishime), Ewart James Walters (Nkango Mukamazimpaka) and Leo Wringer (Bishop Gahamanyi). They will be joined by Aretha Ayeh (Immaculee), Pérola Congo (Therese), Taz Munya (Alphonsine), Liyah Summers (Anathalie) and Mitchell Zhangazha (Emmanuel).
BWW Review: LEAVE TO REMAIN, Lyric Hammersmith
It's the end of an era at the Lyric Hammersmith, as it is Sean Holmes' final season as artistic director - but it has begun in terrific style with the premiere of a new play with music, written by Matt Jones and Bloc Party singer-songwriter Kele Okereke. It is directed by Southpaw Dance Company's artistic director Robby Graham, and stars Tyrone Huntley and Billy Cullum as Obi and Alex, a gay couple contemplating marriage whilst battling secrets from their pasts.

The world premiere of Leave to Remain, a new play with songs by Bloc Party frontman Kele Okereke and writer Matt Jones (Doctor Who, Mr Selfridge), runs 18 January - 16 February 2019 at the Lyric Hammersmith. Kele has written 14 original new tracks for the show and the soundtrack will be released on press night, Thursday 24 January 2019.

Hampstead Theatre hosts Ifeyinwa Frederick's debut play directed by Lakesha Arie-Angelo, The Hoes is a joyous celebration of millennial womanhood and friendship that's unafraid to show the darker side of growing up. Bim (Marieme Diouf), Alex (Aretha Ayeh), and J (Nicola Maisie Taylor) are best friends who have been knowing each other since they were in secondary school. Now that they're older, life is catching up and a holiday to Ibiza is the chance to talk about their fears and hopes.
Full Cast Announced for Touring Production of LADY CHATTERLEY'S LOVER
Sheffield Theatres and English Touring Theatre today announce full casting for Phillip Breen's adaptation of D.H. Lawrence's classic novel LADY CHATTERLEY'S LOVER, which opens at the Crucible on 26 September before a UK tour to Oxford, York, Malvern, Salisbury, Brighton and Cambridge. Breen directs a cast including Hedydd Dylan as Lady Chatterley and Jonah Russellas Mellors. The company is completed by Aretha Ayeh, Will Irvine, Ciaran McIntyre, Eugene O'Hare, David Osmond, Rachel Sanders and Alice Selwyn.
MADE IN LDN to Return to The Cockpit This Sunday
Sunday May 8th marks the return of Interval Productions' MADE IN LDN season, which launched at The Cockpit last month. On the second Sunday of every month, Interval Productions' Creative Director Tori Allen-Martin will present an evening of brand new British Musical Theatre writing supported using public funding by Arts Council England.
