The findings show that Americans are increasingly ordering meatless dishes, and that the popularity of vegan, vegetarian and meat substitutes has grown significantly in recent years.

10 Hairy Legs returns to New Brunswick for its fifth consecutive season at a new location. Ben Forster Extends His Run as 'The Phantom' in THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA
Ben Forster will extend his run as 'The Phantom' until Saturday 2 September in the smash hit Andrew Lloyd Webber musical 'THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA'. Now in its 31st year at Her Majesty's Theatre in the West End, the show also stars Celinde Schoenmaker as 'Christine Daae' and Nadim Naaman as 'Raoul'.
A Holocaust Survivor Finds her Voice in FROM SILENCE by Anne Lucas
???????A cast of nine women led by Karen Lynn Gorney bring to life a story of the generational effects of the Holocaust in 'From Silence,' a new play by Anne Marilyn Lucas. It is widely acknowledged that even as Holocaust survivors are passing on, their trauma lives on in their children and grand children. This play explores how such trauma is inherited even without being spoken of, seemingly as a genetic or behavioral legacy. The piece then illustrates that speaking out, processing and understanding can bring healing to families. This world premiere will be presented by Theater for the New City from November 4 to 20, directed by Peter Zachari.
