Anthony Fusco (he/him), son of noted photojournalist Paul Fusco and food writer Pat Sayer Fusco, is a professional actor currently based in San Francisco. He was born in NYC in 1958, and has since split his time almost evenly between NY and the Bay Area. An AEA member since 1983, Fusco trained at The Juilliard School and later with The Barrow Group. He has over 100 professional productions to his credit, including Broadway (The Real Thing, The Real Inspector Hound), off-Broadway (The Holy Terror, Cantorial, Cafe Crown, Man and Superman, A Life In The Theatre, Heart of a Dog, The Importance of Being Earnest) and dozens of regional theatre productions including nearly 50 at A.C.T. in San Francisco, where he has been an Associate Artist and Core Company Member, and 14 productions for The California Shakespeare Theater ("CalShakes"). Notable credits include the title role in Macbeth, Prospero in The Tempest, Rev. Morrell in Shaw's Candida, Vanya in Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike, Russ in Clybourne Park, Edward Voysey in David Mamet's adaptation of Granville-Barkers' The Voysey Inheritance, and Henry Higgins in Pygmalion. He is married and has two adult children. Note: he is not the same Anthony Fusco as the playwright also found on broadwayworld.
