HERSTORY, HER VOICE at The Iridium will showcase some of today's most prolific women in pop, rock, jazz, and blues beginning with platinum-selling singer/songwriter Anna Nalick on March 1 & 2, and actress and cabaret chanteuse Myriam Phiro's MARIPOSA: An All-Female International Jazz Band on March 6. ?Inspired by their mutual devotion to jazz, world music, and social justice, Myriam Phiro (vocals and bandleader) and Hyuna Park (piano and musical direction) have created MARIPOSA as a jazz collective with a mission.

Volume IV comes with the theme 'Women Who Rock' and sees the company expanding their program to three nights of theatre+music - each featuring a special acoustic performance by one of the musicians highlighted. Seattle sirens Jamie Nova, Whitney Monge and Amanda Hardy will take the stage along with the actors dramatizing their work. The show runs April 14-16 at The Homestead in Ballard.

The 2013 Broadway musical FIRST DATE, a hysterical and hopeful musical about the chances we all take to find love, is now available for Professional Theatrical licensing from R&H Theatricals, and its score will be published by Imagem Music, each a division of the Imagem Music Group.
