The Black Ship Co. announces the Chicago premiere of Foreverendia, by Brian Tuttle and directed by The Black Ship Co.'s Artistic Director Nicki Mazzocca, November 28 - December 23, at the Athenaeum Theatre's newly remodeled Studio 2, 2936 North Southport Avenue. Press night is Wednesday, November 28 at 8 p.m. The performance schedule is Thursdays through Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $16 - $24 and are on sale now at www.blackshipco.org or by calling the Athenaeum Theatre box office at 773-935-6875. The Spoon River Anthology travels to Brooklyn where it will receive an all-new production, conceived & directed Jimmy Maize, with music by Eli Zoller, choreography by Jon Cooper & Marine Sialelli, and music direction by Ethan Wagner, and featuring a cast of one-hundred performers, The limited engagement begins performances tonight, April 24 and will continue through this Saturday, April 28 at the Invisible Dog Art Center (51 Bergen Street in Brooklyn).

JULIUS CAESAR Closes In Municipal Parking Lot In NY, 8/14
The second and final production this summer of The Drilling Company's Shakespeare in the Park(ing) Lot will be 'Julius Caesar,' directed by Hamilton Clancy (Artistic Director) July 29 to August 14. In an unusual adaptation, Shakespeare's drama about the nature of ambition and politics is set in a contemporary urban school system.
