Sara Bareilles and Gavin Creel to Host Next WAITRESS Cast Album Karaoke
The hosts of the next Waitress London Cast Album Karaoke Night taking place on 24 February will be the show's composer and 2020 Grammy® Award winner Sara Bareilles (Love Song, Brave) and Olivier and Tony Award winner Gavin Creel (The Book of Mormon, Hello Dolly!) who are now starring in the roles of Jenna and Dr Pomatter for six weeks only until 7 March.

The next Waitress London Cast Album Karaoke Night has been confirmed for Wednesday 15 January 2020 in partnership with Encore Tickets. The event will be hosted by cast members Lucie Jones (Rent, Les Misérables, Legally Blonde) and David Hunter (Kinky Boots, Once, One Man, Two Guvnors). Audience members can sign up before the show for the chance to sing one minute of any song from Waitress live on stage at the Adelphi and accompanied by the show's musical director Katharine Woolley. Waitress will welcome Joel Montague (Falsettos, School of Rock and Funny Girl) to the company of the hit West End musical as Ogie with his first performance taking place on 2 December. He takes on the role from Joe Sugg who has performed the role of Ogie since 9 September.

Waitress today announces television star Hannah Tointon, as seen in The Inbetweeners, Mr Selfridge and Hollyoaks, will be joining the West End company from 2 December in the role of Dawn. She will take over from Laura Baldwin who will mark her final performance on 30 November. Waitress is also delighted to announce that Lucie Jones, who has been wowing audiences in the lead role of Jenna since taking over earlier this summer, will extend performances in the smash hit musical through to 25 January 2020.

Waitress changed its iconic character uniforms from blue to pink on 18 October for Wear It Pink Day 2019 in support of the charity Breast Cancer Now. The waitresses - Lucie Jones as Jenna, Laura Baldwin as Dawn and Sandra Marvin as Becky – all took to the stage in special pink costumes for the evening performance at the Adelphi Theatre for the fundraising event. In total, £1260.75 was raised from collections at the theatre which will go towards funding breast cancer research and life-changing support. Cast members also went pink for the pre-show warm up and took on the 'Waitress Pie Challenge' after being nominated by their counterparts in the Broadway production to draw attention to and generate support for the cause.

Waitress has announced its next Cast Album Karaoke Night will take place on 16 October in partnership with Official London Theatre offering audience members the chance to sing songs from the smash hit comedy musical, by 7-time Grammy nominee Sara Bareilles, live on the West End stage.

It is today announced that Tamlyn Henderson will join the London cast of Waitress the musical from 9 September in the role of Earl. Henderson has performed across the world including in the UK and international tour of Mamma Mia and Australian productions of Les Misérables and The Sound of Music. He will take over the role from Peter Hannah who has his final performance on 7 September. West End performer Cindy Belliott will also join the ensemble following Nicole Raquel Dennis's last show on 7 September. As recently announced, YouTuber and Strictly 2018 finalist Joe Sugg will also join the cast from 9 September, making his theatrical debut in the role of Ogie.

Andrew Boyer to Join the Cast of WAITRESS as Old Joe
Waitress has today announced Andrew Boyer will join the smash hit West End musical in the role of Old Joe from 12 August. Boyer's previous credits include UK tours for Of Mice and Men and Shawshank Redemption, TV series Law & Orderand he has recently completed filming for HBO's upcoming series Avenue 5. He will take over the role from Shaun Prendergast, as previously seen as DC Holt in EastEnders and who will mark his final performance on 10 August.

Casting Confirmed for OF MICE AND MEN at Theatre Royal Glasgow
Casting has been confirmed for Selladoor and The Marlow Theatre's production of John Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men. Taking to the stage when the show arrives at Theatre Glasgow, Monday 26 Feb - Saturday 3 March for its only Scottish date on the tour will be: Richard Keightley (The Mousetrap, St Martin's Theatre) stars as George alongside Matthew Wynn (Hamlet, The Almeida; Measure for Measure, Young Vic) as Lennie, they will be joined on stage by Andrew Boyer (Candy), Cameron Robertson (Slim), Darren Bancroft (Carlson), Kevin Mathurin (Crooks), Harry Egan (Whit), Kamran Darabi Ford (Curley) ,Rosemary Boyle (Curley's Wife), and Robert Ashe (The Boss).
