BIO
Actor/Singer/Director/Producer. A graduate of the Edna Manley College (Faculty of Drama) and Brooklyn College Department of Theatre. Selected New York stage credits include Positive, In Arabia We’d All Be Kings at The Shadowbox Theatre, Space Between Two Heartbeats, the Caribbean musical Flambeaux, Girl Without Wings, The Black That I Am, Yaki Yim Bamboo, returning to Flambeaux (AUDELCO award Best Musical), Fences directed by Arthur French ,A Man Like You and most recently the World Premiere - Welcome to America: A Caribbean Musical which he also serves co-lyricist & composer on. International Ecstasy (UK Tour) and a Jamaican adaptation of James Baldwin’s Amen Corner, nomination for Best Actor. His film credits include supporting roles in Bad Lucky and Twang. He is also the Founder & Executive Director of the nonprofit Braata Productions.

The Braata Folk Singers, a performing arts group based in New York City that specializes in the traditional music and folklore of the Caribbean, presents CARIBBEAN BLEND June 3-4, 2023. The group, as part of Braata Productions, was founded in 2009 by Andrew Clarke, a Jamaican-born actor, singer, and director.
