BIO

Having performed on Arizona stages for over 20 years,Andi has recently made a splash in the regional and professional circuits. Favorite roles include Velma Von Tussle in Hairspray (Arkansas Repertory Theatre), Duchess Gloucester/York in Richard II (Poor Players, San Diego), Nikki Harris in Curtains and Poppy in Noises Off (Phoenix Theatre); as well as Nerissa in The Merchant of Venice and Louka in Arms and The Man (Southwest Shakespeare Co.) both of which garnered her AriZoni Awards. Andi’s other passions include writing, photography, student outreach programs and youth arts workshops.

Christopher Scoates Named Director Of The Museum Of Arts And Design

The Board of Trustees of the Museum of Arts and Design (MAD) today announced the appointment of Christopher Scoates as the Museum's next Nanette L. Laitman Director. Currently serving as the Maxine and Stuart Frankel Director at the Cranbrook Academy of Art and Art Museum in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Scoates will stay in that role through the end of the academic year. He will join MAD on July 1, 2018.

Arkansas Repertory Presents HAIRSPRAY, 4/8-5/8

Arkansas Repertory Theatre, or The Rep, will present the musical comedy favorite Hairspray from Friday, April 8 to Sunday, May 8. Two preview performances will play Wednesday, April 6 and Thursday, April 7 at 7 p.m., with a preshow discussion with the directors at 6:15 p.m. This production will be directed and choreographed by Michael Barnard and Robert Kolby Harper.
