Reading Theater Project Presents LGBT + PlaywRIGHTing Series
The Reading Theater Project has announced the LGBT + PlaywRIGHTing Series, in partnership with the LGBT Center of Reading and GoggleWorks Center for the Arts. Play readings will be Thursdays at 7pm, May 5, May 12, June 2, and June 9, at GoggleWorks Center for the Arts Albert and Eunice Boscov Film Theatre, 201 Washington Street, Reading, PA 19601.

Reading Theater Project Announces In Nature's Studio: Live Performance
The benches throughout the Arboretum will become micro-stages where actors, dancers, and musicians will simultaneously perform new work, some spanning the 90 minutes of the performance event and shorter pieces being performed multiple times. All performances use the park setting as inspiration and are appropriate for all audiences.

DreamWrights Welcomes New Board Members
DreamWrights Center for Community Arts is pleased to announce its new board members for 2018. Karin Swartz, Communications Director for York Country Day School, Sarah Yacoviello who works in Development at Lewis Fundraising, and Allison Meckley, Alumni Relations Coordinator for Leadership York, bring focus and expertise to the team. Three teen advisors: Sophia Nicholson, a sophomore at York Suburban High School, Hannah Alvarnaz, an 11th grader at Northeastern High School, and Cali Fife, a recent high school graduate, add the younger voices and viewpoints necessary to the mission. These new board members join returning members, Claudette Calder, Mark Evans, Tom LaForgia, Trisha Melikian, Amy Young, Allison Witherow, Jim Tyson, Stacey MacNeal, Randy Riley, Kevin Alvarnaz, and board chair, Jason Sabol.

Three teen advisors: Christine Catterall, a freshman at York Catholic, Brayton Kominsky, an 8th grader at Northeastern Middle School, and Jacob Whitacre, a sophomore at West York Area High School, add the younger voices and viewpoints necessary to the mission.
