The non-fiction book describes in first person the scandalous self-destructive relationship between department store scion and Ronald Reagan Kitchen Cabinet Member, Alfred Bloomingdale, and Vicki Morgan, his mistress of some thirteen years. The book is told through author, Gordon Basichis' point of view, as he knew Morgan and got swept up in her murder trial, serving as a witness for the prosecution.
