The Orange Tree Theatre has announced the full cast for Bernard Shaw's Arms and the Man, marking Paul Miller's final production as Artistic Director, following his lauded rediscoveries of Shaw's other early plays How He Lied to Her Husband, Misalliance and The Philanderer. Miller directs Kemi Awoderu, Alex Bhat, Rebecca Collingwood, Miranda Foster, Jonah Russell, Jonathan Tafler and Alex Waldmann

Debbie Chazen, Louisa Clein, Steve Furst, Rachel-Leah Hosker, Alex Waldmann and Hemi Yeroham have been cast in Jews. In Their Own Words., written by Jonathan Freedland from an idea by Tracy-Ann Oberman and co-directed by Vicky Featherstone and Audrey Sheffield. It will run at the Royal Court Jerwood Theatre Downstairs from Monday 19 September to Saturday 22 October 2022, with press night on Wednesday 28 September 2022, 7pm.

Production images have been released for the world premiere of The Fever Syndrome, Alexis Zegerman’s thrilling portrait of a brilliantly dysfunctional family. Directed by Hampstead Theatre’s Artistic Director, Roxana Silbert, The Fever Syndrome will run until 30 April 2022.

In an effort to create a cultural snapshot of these strange times, actor Bertie Carvel has created the BBC's Lockdown Theatre Festival; a radio broadcast of four plays that had their runs cut short by the shutdown. Josh Azouz's beautifully written The Mikvah Project was well-received when it first appeared at the Orange Tree Theatre as part of their Directors' Festival in 2019. In March this year it returned to critical acclaim with a new cast.
