Bethel Woods To Participate In Blue Star Museums

On March 30th, The Museum at Bethel Woods, located at the site of the 1969 Woodstock festival, will open for the 2019 season and mark the 50th Anniversary with the Special Exhibit We Are Golden: Reflections on the 50th Anniversary of The Woodstock Festival & Aspirations for a Peaceful Future, part of A Season of Song and Celebration. This exhibit examines the desires of the youth of 1969, places the legendary festival within the context of the positive societal changes it inspired and asks today's youth what THEY are asking of the world now.

Lynn Cohen, John Wernke & More Set for ESPA Drills Reading Series, 8/18-19
Primary Stages Einhorn School of Performing Arts has announced casting for its ESPA Drills Reading Series this August. ESPA Drills is an annual new play development program providing staged readings to four playwrights. The plays are workshopped under the guidance of the ESPA staff and will be presented before an audience of industry peers Off-Broadway at The Duke on 42nd Street.
Alan Wilson and Baram Blackett Release MOSES IN THE HIEROGLYPHS
"The assertion that there are no ancient Egyptian Hieroglyphic texts that make mention of the Hebrew Patriarchs Joseph, Moses, and Solomon and the Queen of Sheba is incorrect," authors Alan Wilson and Baram Blackett write. "There are unmistakable Hieroglyphic texts." In their new book, "Moses In The Hieroglyphs" (published by Trafford Publishing), the authors share findings of the Nation of Khumry that they say state otherwise.
