Review: DANCING AT LUGHNASA at City Theatre
Celebrating its 30th year as Delaware’s off-Broadway theatre, City Theatre delivers DANCING IN LUGHNASA, a stunning tour de force in ensemble acting, direction (Mary Catherine Kelley), linguistics/dialect (Michael Toner), scenic design (Rick Neidig) and every musical and technical aspect imaginable. The production was greeted with a Standing O opening night; a deserving distinction indeed.
Hedgerow Theatre Extends THE WORLD ACCORDING TO SNOOPY
Hedgerow Theatre Company (Media/Rose Valley, PA) gets into a family-friendly summer of fun with The World According to Snoopy. The run was to close on July 31. However, toe-tapping musical brings together the entire cast of characters from Charles M. Schulz's beloved comic strip “Peanuts” has added a performance Saturday August 6 at 12 noon and Sunday August 7 at 2 p.m.

EgoPo Classic Theater Presents CENSORED
EgoPo Classic Theater presents CENSORED, two powerful plays, both banned by the South African government, to shine a light on two very different experiences of apartheid: Athol Fugard's "Master Harold"…and the Boys and Matsemela Manaka's Egoli, co-produced by Theatre in the X. On March 22 and 23, EgoPo will open these plays to run in rotating repertory. Master Harold previews March 21 and opens Friday, March 22. Egoli previews March 20 and opens March 23. The shows run three weeks, closing April 7. Single show tickets range $25-$35 with discounts available when both are purchased together.
