BWW Review: Seattle Rep's WELL Hilariously Deconstructs One-Woman Shows
Author Lisa Kron is known for her one-woman shows. I am known for having issues with one-person shows, as they tend to be someone else's therapy on stage. Luckily Kron also understands that issue as she very self referentially mocks those kinds of shows in her play "Well", currently at the Seattle Rep, as she deconstructs shows like this and really all shows with her hilarious exploration that has "nothing to do with her relationship with her Mother!"

BWW Review: Raw Examination of Social Work in LUNA GALE at Seattle Rep
Rebecca Gilman's play "Luna Gale" currently performing at the Seattle Rep has no good guys in it. But then it also has no bad guys in it. Instead of preaching morality or her own agenda what she's done is to present a raw and honest look at people. You may not agree with them, but are they wrong?
Pamela Reed to Star in Seattle's Rep LUNA GALE
Seattle Repertory Theatre presents Rebecca Gilman's critically acclaimed new play, Luna Gale, a powerful and arresting drama that follows the story of a social worker - played by veteran film, television, and theatre actor Pamela Reed - grappling with decisions that will forever change the course of a foster child's life. Antaeus Company Presents THE MALCONTENT, Opening 5/5
The Malcontent - The multiple award-winning Antaeus Company (winner of the Los Angeles Drama Critic's Circle Award for Outstanding Season for 2010) opens its second season of classics with a fully double-cast production of John Marston's viciously funny, filthy, and surprising masterpiece. The usurped Duke of Genoa takes the disguise of the outrageous Malevole (the titular Malcontent) to spy on the corrupt foibles of the new Duke and his unctuous cronies. Disguises, false deaths, seductions, deceptions, and adulteries all drive the plot of this enormously entertaining play.
THE MALCONTENT Plays Antaeus Company, 5/5-6/19
The Antaeus Company strives to keep classical theater vibrantly alive by presenting professional productions with a top-flight ensemble company of actors. Taking their company name from the Titan who gained strength by touching the Earth, Antaeus members - many of whom are familiar to movie and television audiences - regain creative strength by returning to the wellspring of their craft: live theater performances of great classical plays.
