A&E's hit series 'PARKING WARS' AND 'BILLY THE EXTERMINATOR are each returning for their sixth seasons on Saturday, October 6 with back-to-back episodes at 9 & 9:30PM ET/PT and 10 & 10:30PM ET/PT respectively.
