BIO

Ace Anderson is a professional Actor & Photographer based in Dallas, TX. He began his career as a full-time graphic designer in 2013 after graduating from SMU with a BFA in Acting. After designing full-time for a Major Dallas Non-profit organization for two years he decided to pour his soul into is own branding company The Striped Heart. Proving that he feels strongly about all his creative passions, he is proud to be one of eight members of the Brierly Resident Acting Company at The Regional Tony Award® Winning Dallas Theater Center. He’s also been recognized across the country as a pioneer in the arts and a true Renaissance Man. Google 'Ace Anderson' and you'll find much of his work. In 2014 he won BWW’s Best Actor in Dallas for his role in August Wilson's Ma Rainey's Black Bottom. He was also handpicked as one of 100 Top Creatives (No. 36) in the Dallas Observer. Ace continues to create and tell stories across the country, committed to the belief that art is the language of the soul, and together we can change the world for the better.

New York Stage and Film Announces NEXUS Initiative Artist Grants

New York Stage and Film has committed $100,000 to their new NEXUS Initiative that brings together 20 multihyphenate artists to explore the question “where does story exist at the intersection of stage and film?” Each participant receives $5,000 and will take part in a series of conversations focused on new and expanded forms of storytelling.

2017 Regional Theatre Tony Award Recipient Dallas Theater Center presents the annual hit production of the holiday classic A Christmas Carol at the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre. Former Diane and Hal Brierley Resident Acting Company member Brandon Potter will play Ebenezer Scrooge in the classic tale that follows a magical journey of hope and redemption. A Christmas Carol begins on Nov. 22 with a Pay-What-You-Can performance on Nov. 24 and runs through Dec. 29.
