The Bean is a world premiere comedy by Norm Foster, directed by Jamie Williams, set in a cozy local coffee shop. The play follows Dennis Hill, a devoted father who frequents his favourite café, and Cheryl Partridge, who has just started a new job at a nearby law firm; as they cross paths daily, casual conversations evolve into surprising revelations and an unlikely friendship. The production stars Kirsten Alter as Cheryl Partridge and Derek Ritschel as Dennis Hill, with set design by Beckie Morris, costumes by Alex Amini, and lighting by Alex Sykes.
