The Lost Comedies of William Shakespeare at Rollins College - Annie Russell Theatre

What happens when the King’s Men arrive for a performance of Shakespeare’s latest comedy only to receive word of his untimely death? Cobbling together their knowledge of his earlier works with the audience’s generous memories and suggestions, the players must extemporize their own offering to raise the spirits of all in attendance. Come and celebrate the Bard’s birthday as the King’s Men (and women!) create a one-of-a-kind improvisational romp—a lost comedy of William Shakespeare. Star-crossed lovers, woodland fairies and cross-dressing maidens are sure to be in store: no two performances will be alike!
