Russian Ballet and Opera Orlando join together for the first time in collaboration for a spectacular production of Carmen. A timeless tale combining classical Russian ballet with the Spanish motifs of Flamenco and vibrant color, Carmen features company dancers transforming into Spanish gypsies by playing castanets, embodying the vigor and excitement of Spanish culture. Also featuring Grammy Award Winning Opera Orlando director Gabriel Preisser, Russian Ballet and Opera Orlando bring life to the stage through Carmens struggle with love.
