This holiday season will certainly be more cheerful with The Winter Park Playhouse production of Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings running November 13-22 and then again December 3-19.
Performances are Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30p.m., Thursday and Saturday matinees at 2p.m. and select Wednesday, Friday and Sunday matinees at 2p.m. The preview performance is Thursday, November 12 at 7:30p.m.
A holiday sequel to the original Forever Plaid, this seasonal treat has the four legendary Plaids returning to earth once again, with their fabulous four part harmony, and lovable personalities. After a call from Rosemary Clooney, the famous foursome - Francis, Smudge, Sparky and Jinx - have a mission to put a little holiday harmony into a discordant world!
This hit musical comedy will feature four popular Playhouse favorites - Kevin Kelly, Todd Allen Long, Michael Swickard, and Brian Wettstein - in the roles of Francis, Smudge, Sparky and Jinx respectively. Stage veteran Steven Flaa, will direct and choreograph and Christopher Leavy will music direct. The Playhouse trio will accompany with Mr. Leavy on piano, Ned Wilkinson on multiple instruments and Sam Forrest on percussion.

Ticket prices are $40 evenings, $36 Senior evenings, $30 matinees, $15 student and industry professionals. Student rush "$10@10" offers $10 tickets (for students 25 years and younger) 10 minutes prior to a performance when seats are available. Preview performance is $20.
