Voting Opens for the 2015 BroadwayWorld Orlando Awards

Voting has opened for the 2015 BroadwayWorld Orlando Regional Awards, honoring productions which opened between October 2014 and September 2015. Congratulations to all of the nominees!

Nominations were reader-submitted and after the nomination period ended, BroadwayWorld's local editors proofed the list for eligibility and errors. Voting runs through December 31. Winners will be announced in early January!

Only theatres in the following counties are be eligible for the Orlando awards: Osceola, Orange, Lake, Polk, Brevard, Seminole, and Volusia; therefore nominations of theatres outside this footprint were not counted.

Productions that ended before October 2014 or began after September 2015, were not eligible either. However, shows that opened in October 2015 will be eligible for next year's awards.

Only nominations with completely filled out forms were counted.

Notice: Unfortunately, due to confusion around the opening date for two shows, we have removed Gen Y's BAT BOY and Osceola Center for the Arts' LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS from this year's voting. They did not meet the eligibility cut-off date. Both productions will be eligible for next year's awards. We regret the confusion.
