Orlando Repertory Theatre (The REP), along with presenting partner Millennium Marketing, directing partner The Harris Rosen Foundation, and supporting partner Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor, and Reed, PA present Lyle the Crocodile by Kevin Kling, based on the book Lyle, Lyle Crocodile by Bernard Waber. This production runs through March 25, 2012 with public performances on Saturdays at 12pm & 4pm and Sundays at 2pm & 5:30pm.

About the show: The Primm family is moving into their new apartment on East 88th Street, when they hear a swish, swash, splash, and swoosh, and find a crocodile in their bathtub! Lyle is no ordinary crocodile; his impeccable manners, dancing and love for Turkish Caviar charm everyone, except for their neighbor, Mr. Grumps. He does not like Lyle and would rather see him shipped off to a zoo. When Lyle rescues Mr. Grumps and his cat Loretta from a fire, Lyle teaches those around him to not judge others by their appearance, but to love people (and crocodiles) for who they are.
