Music lovers of all ages are invited to spend "Sunday with the Symphony" on Sunday, August 21st at Barnes & Noble Booksellers in Merritt Island and on Sunday, September 18th at Barnes & Noble Booksellers in West Melbourne. Presented by the Brevard Symphony Orchestra, this fun, family-friendly event will feature an interactive discussion with Maestro Christopher Confessore.

Guests will have the opportunity to gain insights about the BSO's 2016-2017 season. Throughout both events, an ensemble of BSO musicians will perform light classics and familiar favorites, delighting attendees with the sounds of the symphony. As a special treat, the Orchestra will also give the first 50 guests, ages 18 and up, a voucher good for one free ticket to an upcoming BSO concert.

In partnership with Barnes and Noble, the BSO will also host a fundraising book fair which begins with each "Sunday with the Symphony" event and runs for five days after. By using BSO book fair vouchers, Barnes & Noble will contribute a percentage of every sale to the BSO. Vouchers can be found on the BSO's website at BrevardSymphony.com and can also be used to shop online at www.bn.com/bookfairs.

Both events begin at 3:00pm and are free to attend. No tickets required.
