Mad Cow Theatre Adds New Performance of AVENUE Q

Mad Cow Theatre, Downtown Orlando's only professional theatre company, is adding an extra performance to the schedule of its popular production of Avenue Q in order to accommodate patrons who were unable to attend in the aftermath of the events at Pulse nightclub. As every other scheduled performance is nearing sell-out, the theatre was unable to move those affected patrons within the original schedule.

The extra performance will take place on Sunday, June 26, at 7:30 p.m. Additional tickets to the performance will also be available to the general public through madcowtheatre.com or by calling the box office at 407-297-8788, ext. 1.

Mad Cow Theatre Executive Director Mitzi Maxwell said, "The staff, cast, and production team of Avenue Q were eager to accommodate audience members who couldn't make it to the theatre as a result of our shared tragedy. The message of the show-which embraces diversity and cooperation-has enormous value in light of recent events in our community. We want to make it available to as many people as possible. These naughty puppets have a great message to share."
