Grab your parachute pants, banana clips, and homework assignments, and head back to the 1980s with TOTALLY ELECTRIC, a hilarious new show featuring the hits from the 80s, playing at The Abbey, tonight, September 10, through September 28.

Totally Electric begins at the high school reunion for the West Lake High School Class of 1989. When the award-winning West Lake show choir, "The Syncopated Sensations," are unable to perform, we flash back to the 1980s, and the Sensations' last weeks of high school. Each with a unique personality, the Sensations find respect and camaraderie in their group, while being bullied by the West Lake "in crowd". Through their determination, talent, and friendship, and the help of some new friends, the Sensations will attempt to leave their mark on West Lake forever-and pave the way for new Sensations to come.

Tickets to Totally Electric are available at www.TicketWeb.com. General admission tickets are $30 and VIP tickets, which include reserved table seating, are $50.

Produced by Gen Y Productions, TOTALLY ELECTRIC is written and directed by Jonathan Van Dyke. Totally Electric premiered at NYC's The Duplex in 2007 where it had a sold out and extended run. It has also been produced at The Aurora Fox in Denver, The New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts, The Ritz Theatre and The Riverfront Theatre.
