TADA Productions, Inc., proudly presents Some Enchanted Evening: The Songs of Rodgers and Hammerstein opening at the award-winning TADA Theatre on March 28 at 7:30 pm.

Some Enchanted Evening is a celebration of the greatest team of songwriters to ever collaborate, Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II. Granted to TADA by the R&H company, this new musical tribute, featuring clever arrangements, includes tunes from The Sound of Music, The King and I, Cinderella, Oklahoma!, Carousel, South Pacific, State Fair and more! Hear songs from many shows all in one night!

The talented five-member cast is led by William Shomos. Shomos is the Richard H. Larson Distinguished Professor of Music (Voice) and Director of Opera at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Shomos returns to TADA after having played the title role in Sweeney Todd as well as Don Quixote in Man of La Mancha. Both roles he played opposite TADA's musical director Cris Rook, who is also in the cast along with Jon Gathje, Catherine Bobst and Emily Haack.

Some Enchanted Evening is directed by Robert D. Rook, musical direction by Cris Rook, accompaniment by Alicia Opoku, scenic painting by Dustin Witte and technical coordination by Bryan Watson. The production is sponsored by Ameritas, Legacy Retirement Communities and Union Bank and Trust.
