Omaha Community Playhouse Announces 2017-2018 Season

The Omaha Community Playhouse (OCP), the nation's largest community theatre, announces the lineup for its 93rd season, the 2017-2018 season.

The 2017-18 season is as follows:

Eminent Domain, Aug. 25-Sept. 17, 2017 (Howard Drew Theatre) - World Premiere

Mamma Mia!, Sept. 15-Oct. 15, 2017 (Hawks Mainstage Theatre)

Stupid F@#%ing Bird, Oct. 13-Nov. 12, 2017 (Howard Drew Theatre)

A Christmas Carol, Nov. 17-Dec. 23, 2017 (Hawks Mainstage Theatre)

Yesterday and Today: 10th Anniversary, Nov. 24-Dec. 31, 2017 (Howard Drew Theatre)

Ripcord, Jan. 19-Feb. 11, 2018 (Hawks Mainstage Theatre)

Parade, Feb. 9-March 11, 2018 (Howard Drew Theatre)

Roald Dahl's James and the Giant Peach, March 2-25, 2018 (Hawks Mainstage Theatre)

Shakespeare in Love, April 13-May 6, 2018 (Hawks Mainstage Theatre) - Regional Premiere

The Mountaintop, May 4-27, 2018 (Howard Drew Theatre)

Singin' in the Rain, June 1-24, 2018 (Hawks Mainstage Theatre)

The Omaha Community Playhouse is the largest community theatre in the country and houses two theatres: the Howard Drew Theatre, a black box-style theatre, and the Howard and Rhonda Hawks Theatre, a traditional proscenium-style theatre.
