Oklahoma City University has amassed an immense pool of Broadway talent, currently represented this season in Allegiance (Manna Nichols, Belinda Allyn), On Your Feet (Jennifer Sanchez), Shuffle Along (Richard Riaz Yoder), LES MISERABLES (Matt McMahan), Matilda (Lauralyn McClelland), among others. These artists, along with other OCU alumni & friends, will be performing in AN EVENING WITH THE STARS, a cabaret benefiting OCUNYC (OCU's New York City alumni chapter), Monday, January 25th at 9:00pm.

All proceeds will go directly toward OCUNYC's 11th annual SPRING BREAK NYC, a workshop intensive offered free of charge to all current OCU performing arts students. This week of classes, planned solely by alumni volunteers, includes mock auditions, dance and vocal master classes, and lectures, all geared toward preparing these students for the demands of a musical theatre profession. These OCU volunteers and a faculty comprised of Broadway performers, directors and casting agents, help to build this workshop to prepare OCU's next generation of Broadway talent.

Joining the artists listed above will be Katie Rose Clarke (Allegiance), Alyssa Fox (Wicked, OCU), Colin Anderson (Book of Mormon, OCU), Will Mann (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, OCU), Ben Clark (The Circus in Winter), Lizette C. Cruz (OCU), Madge Dietrich (OCU), Hannah Eakin (OCU), Xavier Jones (OCU), Bill Lowrimore (OCU), Elliott Mattox (OCU), Sam Prince (OCU), Molly Rushing (OCU), and Kelsie Ward (OCU). Music Supervision by Drew Wutke (OCU). Music Direction by Logan Culwell (OCU).
The Metropolitan Room is located at 34 West 22nd Street. Doors open at 8:30pm. Cabaret at 9:00pm. For tickets, visit www.ocunyc.com/cabaret ($24 online or $30 at the door).
