Wintersville High School, 1976. Richard Miller, the hip new Social Studies instructor at his crumbling old alma mater, decides to teach his students about the U.S. criminal justice system by staging "a drug game". The students play pushers, buyers, narcs, cops and lawyers using Good 'N Plenty candies as the contraband. Bad idea! After a hilarious unraveling of authority, much of the school lands in actual jail.
