CRIMES OF THE HEART Auditions Held At Broken Arrow Community Playhouse

The Broken Arrow Community Playhouse is pleased to announce Beth Henley's Pulitzer Prize winning Play "Crimes of the Heart" starts 10/23.

Its early fall 1974 in Hazelhurst, Mississippi and the three Magrath sisters are brought together through family crisis that forces them to work though their past and rediscover each other. The youngest sister Babe is out on bail after shooting her rich attorney husband, painfully shy the oldest sister Lenny is afraid to date, brash middle sister Meg is wildly promiscuous. There's no doubt the McGrath sisters are more than a little nutty.

Directed by Teresa Bringle, this will be the second production of BACP'S 30TH Season - "Lust, Laughs and Love" The first of six performances is scheduled for Friday, October 23, 2009.
