The Court Martial of Admiral Montojo by Dennis Posadas is a Spanish American War historical court room drama set after the May 1, 1898 Battle of Manila Bay. The play is based on Admiral George Dewey's 1913 Scribner autobiography about how he came to the defense of his Spanish naval foe during the latter's court martial in Madrid, Spain in 1899.
