Tarantata at Lunella Restaurant

Alessandra Belloni and I Giullari di Piazza announce their end of the year fundraiser - a delicious dinner at Lunella Restaurant in Little Italy, a performance of their unique "Tarantata," and awards to four exceptional Italian/American personalities.  Awards will go to Angelina Fiordellisi, former Director of the Cherry Lane Theatre; actor/writer Saverio Guerra; director/photographer Lisa Leone; and author Alex Iantaffi.  The festive evening will also include a performance of the company's "Tarantata," an impeccably researched production rich with songs, tarantellas, dance, and magic rituals used to cure the mythical bite of the tarantula.
