Dixon Place presents: Zaman's third foray into the criminal INjustice system follows his play "Fresh Meat" which premiered at "FringeNYC" to a sold out showing at The Clemente and "Redemption", a solo show which was a part of "The ONE Festival" at Teatro Circulo.
Held at renowned experimental theater Dixon Place (dixonplace.org) "Sixteen" is a multi genre show which examines the root causes of criminal activity at or very near the inception points in individuals lives. The age of sixteen. Incorporating dance, spoken word poetry and multi media elements it cracks open the narrative structure of traditional theatrical works into something that evokes the timeless origins of drama.
