Relaxation is the basic component of which all our work is based. It is here that we learn how to cultivate an active awareness of our instruments while releasing mental and physical tension.
Sensory Work is the next step to our training. It is here where we learn how to strengthen our concentration skills and our imagination through activating each of our five senses.
