Miro Magloire's New Chamber Ballet at Mark Morris Dance Center

Choreographer Miro Magloire presents his ensemble of dancers and musicians in a world premiere, set to music by composer Anthony Cheung.  As always in New Chamber Ballet evenings, music is live on piano (Nacho Ojeda) and violin (Doori Na).   Dancers are Anabel alpert, Megan Foley, Nicole McGinnis, Amber Neff, and Rachele Perla. Munich native Magloire, who started his career as a composer, has taken his inspiration from the flow, and the melodic and harmonic inventiveness that are characteristic of Cheung's music.
