The Broadway at Birdland concert series is proud to announce that (following her sold-out Birdland debut), cellist Mairi Dorman-Phaneuf will return to the stage with More About the Melody: Celtic Night Songs of Ireland and Scotland, on Monday, February 4 at 7pm.Cohosted by Steve Gibb (guitar) and Ben Power (Irish flutes and pipes), the concert will feature Broadways Scottish and Irish-born singers giving their interpretations of songs inspired by the ancient melodies. Vocalists Kerstin Kilcoyne Andersen, Margaret Kelly, Tony LePage, Maxine Linehan, Glenn Macnamara, Euan Morton and Ciarán Sheehan will guest.
