"Love and Let Die: Confessions of a Bond Girl" is the fictionalized memoir of bond girl, Sylvia Trench and her on again/off again affair with the famous 007. Featuring 2023 MAC Award Nominee Shannon Daley as Sylvia, directed by Lennie Watts and music directed by John Fischer. It is comprised of songs from the James Bond films.

Before starting her family, Shannon pursued a career in acting on the stage. She studied Acting at SUNY New Paltz and her regional musical credits include, Mary Magdalene in “Jesus Christ Superstar,” Sheila in “Hair,” Mallory in “City of Angels,” and Johanna in “Sweeney Todd.” Straight acting credits include Sarah from ”Children of a Lesser God,” Ariel in “Tempest,” Isabella in “Measure for Measure,” Rosalind in “As You Like It” and Madge in “Picnic.” In 2022-2023 ,she performed her cabaret solo debut "Anybody Have A Map?" in NYC. Directed by Lennie Watts, with Musical Director Steven Ray Watkins, Marco Panascia on Bass, and Don Kelly on Drums, and features her son, Rafi Martinez - this show took us on Shanon's personal journey through becoming an empty nester and rediscovering and pursuing her dreams during a pandemic. There was an eclectic mix of songs from new and old artists from Broadway, American Songbook, Rock and Pop hits, as well as four parodies that she wrote. 2023 MAC Award Nominee for Best Female Debut

Director
Lennie Watts is an 10 time MAC (Manhattan Association of Cabarets), 5 time Backstage Bistro, and 3 time Nightlife Award winner. Recognized as an outstanding vocalist, director, producer, and booking manager, he has been active in the New York cabaret scene for over 20 years. In addition to directing in small cabaret venues, he has directed events at Symphony Space, Town Hall, and BB Kings. He has toured nationally and internationally with productions of "The Music Man" (Marcellus) and "The Wizard Of Oz" (Lion). Other roles: Man in Chair (The Drowsy Chaperone) Psuedelus (A Funny Thing...), Herod (Jesus Christ Superstar), Nicely Nicely Johnson (Guys and Dolls), Jinx (Forever Plaid. He has performed at Town Hall in several concerts, including "Broadway Unplugged" and “Broadway By The Year, 1949”, and can be heard on the cast recordings of both shows. As a theater director, he has directed productions of "Godspell", "Dames at Sea", "Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat", and “Phantom”. Watts is the creator of "cablab" and "Summer In The City", both critically acclaimed professional cabaret performance workshops. David Finkle of "The Village Voice" calls him "A one man cabaret army!" He appeared on "The Rosie O'Donnell Show", and released his debut CD "I want... You want..." in 2000. He is currently the President of MAC, and was recently named one of “The 50 Most Influential People in New York Cabaret” by Nightlife Exchange.


John Fischer

Musical Director
JOHN FISCHER is a music director, pianist, vocal coach and teacher with decades of experience working with top Broadway and cabaret artists, including Tony winners Ali Stroker, Alice Ripley, Tony nominee Emily Skinner, and many more. He music directed Broadway’s Rising Stars at The Town Hall for 14 seasons, where he also worked on numerous Broadway Originals concerts. He spent 7 seasons as music director for the highly acclaimed musical theatre program at Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival in the Berkshires, and this last season saw him working hand in hand with Stephen Schwartz and Chet Walker on the creation of a new ballet, The Boy on the Roof. In recent years, John has joined the symphony world as a guest artist, debuting a new Bacharach show with the Plymouth Symphony, Blockbuster Broadway for the Omaha Symphony, a Bernstein/Robbins celebration with the Signature Symphony, and Music of the Knights with the Santa Ana Symphony Orchestra. In NYC, he is a regular fixture at 54 Below, music directing everything from Sinatra to Streisand and as the MD for the long-running series, Sondheim Unplugged. Recent highlights include Ali Stroker’s sold out American Songbook concert at Lincoln Center, Alice & Emily’s Unattached at 54 Below, and the 25th Anniversary Concert of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, part of the award winning 54 Sings series for which he also music directed Applause, Mack & Mabel, and Kiss Of The Spiderwoman. He currently teaches at Singnasium, Applause NY, and does private coaching. He has been on staff at AMDA, HB Studios, The New School, the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, and the Growing Studio.
