Inspired by the life of Anthony Bourdain, Last Room centers on The Traveler, a man who wakes in a hotel that he can never quite seem to leave. Stuck in an endless loop within the room, The Traveler reflects on his life's path, from the sweat-soaked kitchens of New York's culinary underbelly to an improbable literary and television career that has taken him around the world, so far from home that it becomes harder to define what "home" even means.

Upon graduation, she was awarded the Opera Directing Fellowship at Juilliard and studied in the Vocal Arts department mentored by Stephen Wadsworth and Mary Birnbaum. She was elevated to assistant faculty status, helping teach acting and movement to the advanced singers and assisting their main stage operas, including Donizetti’s L’elisir D’amore and Rossi’s L’Orfeo. Anna has since directed Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro in the historic Estates Theater in Prague, Puccini’s La Boheme at the Soo Opera Theater, an all-Latina and bilingual production of Tanya Saracho’s Enfrascada at CCNY, Monteverdi’s Vespers of 1610 at Co-Cathedral in Brooklyn, and a double bill of Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi and Michael Ching’s Buoso’s Ghost at the Kasser Theater for the John J.
