Willow Tree Productions Presents "Enough": A Captivating One-Woman Cabaret Show Starring Liz Cooper

New York City, NY – 21st September 2024 – Willow Tree Productions is thrilled to announce the debut of "Enough," a captivating one-woman cabaret show starring the acclaimed performer Liz Cooper. The show will take place on a rooftop in the center of Manhattan where the audience will be surrounded by the bustling sounds, bright lights and effervescing energy of this great city- which is the setting of this story.

Enough is the most recent show to be produced by the theater company Willow Tree Productions. WTP is a London and NYC based company that is “dedicated to bringing together a talented team of actors, directors, and designers. With the goal of producing high-quality and engaging theatrical productions that inspire and entertain audiences of all ages- with a focus on creating a safe and secure environment for non-union actors in NYC and London”- said Willow Tree’s Founder and Artistic Director Olivia Webb. Willow Tree found success last November when their production of Twelfth Night opened at The Court Square Theater in LIC. The production had over 600 audience members and scored an impressive 83 on Showscore- this was their first production as a company.

Liz Cooper is an Australian actress known for her versatility in comedy, drama, and musical theater. After moving to New York to study at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting 3-year Professional Conservatory, she is now graduated and ready to make her mark on the theater scene. Her comedic prowess shines through in roles such as Malvolio in Twelfth Night and Amy in Company. Liz has also demonstrated her remarkable dramatic depth with her performances as Becca in Rabbit Hole and Wendla in Spring Awakening. Her musical abilities are highlighted  in roles like Little Red in Into the Woods and Natalie in Next to Normal.

In "Enough," Liz Cooper brings her exceptional talent and unique storytelling to the stage in a show that blends music, comedy, and heartfelt reflection. With a repertoire that spans various genres and a narrative that resonates deeply with audiences, Liz Cooper offers a fresh and engaging take on contemporary themes and personal experiences- from moving to NYC from Australia, navigating her career, love and friendship. Liz will be accompanied by musician Simeon Willcox Brown on guitar.

"I am beyond excited to share 'Enough' with audiences," said Liz Cooper. "This show is a reflection of the many facets of life we navigate and the power of self-realization. I hope that every person who attends finds a piece of themselves in it."

Address of theater will be given once ticket is bought as show is at a private rooftop in Manhattan.
