terraNOVA Collective (Jennifer Conley Darling, Artistic Director, James Carter, Associate Artistic Director) will present their late night solo series, ONES @ ELEVEN hosted by the hilarious Kibibi Dillion (terraNOVA's Subterranean), May 13, 20, & 27 at 11pm at 9th Space (located at Performance Space 122, 150 First Ave. at E. 9th Street) as part of the 8th Annual soloNOVA Arts Festival. Tickets are $10 and will be available for purchase at the door.
Friday, May 13 will feature musical guests Nicholas Ryan Grant, Curtis Stewart (The Mighty Third Rail), Simone Taylor, and Shawn Randall (Symphonics Live).
Friday, May 20 will feature storytelling and spoken word by Geoff Kagan Trenchard (HBO's Def Poetry Jam; The Suicide Kings), Eliza Bent (In the Pony Palace/Football), Joshua Walters (Madhouse Rhythm), and Kelly Zen-Yie Tsai (HBO's Def Poetry Jam; NYFA Urban Artist Initiative Award).
Friday, May 27 will feature clown performer Ambrose Martos (SLAVA'S SNOWSHOW; Manchego: The Birth of Cheese), character stand up Andrea Alton (aka Molly Equality Dykeman), New York Neo-Futurist Cara Francis (The Soup Show), and stand up comedian Emma Willmann (2011 Women in Comedy Festival).
