Urban Lyrik is pleased to announce a new, theatrical production, Radio Serenade. Radio Serenade is the story of a young man's search for true love. This 60 minute, intermission-free show sweeps you up into a world of lush and exotic music, romantic entanglements and in-your-face divas. ??Performances will be held at The Medicine Show Theatre, (549 W 52nd Street, NY, NY) on April 26 and 27 at 8:00 p.m.
Radio Serenade features the high-octane, cross-genre music of Urban Lyrik, the brainchild of musician and producer, Marcos Sola. It combines the romantic yearnings of opera infused with the pulsating rhythms of hip-hop and pop that will make you shed a tear as you jump up out of your seat to bust a move.
The creative team behind Radio Serenade includes Vik Sivalingam, a London-based director, Enrique Cruz DeJesus, the choreographer and artistic director of the Alpha Omega Dance Company, and Frank J. Boros, a cutting-edge art designer.
