This March, UglyRhino is bringing the story of Centralia, Pennsylvania to The Brooklyn Lyceum.

Inspired by UglyRhino's Halloween "Warehouse of Horrors", Centralia is the first production written and developed entirely by the UglyRhino company. Centralia does what UglyRhino does best- it combines non-traditional storytelling with a social atmosphere, enveloping audiences deep into the world of the play.

Centralia, PA is a real life ghost town; population: 9. A fire has been raging under the ground in Centralia since 1962, and the government has ordered its residents to leave. This interactive theatrical experience allows the audience to travel throughout The Warehouse space, encountering a series of stories while meeting the 9 remaining Centralians who refuse to leave their hometown. Each audience member will have their own unique experience, as they encounter these nine intriguing residents and hear their stories.

As audiences are invited into six households, they are served signature cocktails that are specially designed to pull them further into the lives of the residents. These cocktails range from new inventions like vodka & tonic with muddled lime and pop rocks, to classics like a kir royale.

Friday, March 2, 9, 16, and 23 at The Brooklyn Lyceum

Arrive between 8:00pm - 8:30pm
