The Seeing Place announces its first annual JINGLE BALL on December 19, 2017 - filled with art, love and fun with rooftop views of the city.

Guests will rub elbows with The Seeing Place's talented artists, dance to festive music, and nibble on finger foods and desserts lovingly provided by the ensemble. All guests will receive a free drink ticket at the door.

All proceeds benefit The Empathy Initiative, The Seeing Place's one-year campaign to fight all forms of oppression through the connective power of the theater.

This holiday event is being held December 19 from 6:30-10pm in the exclusive Rooftop Lounge at the Boro Hotel in Long Island City, with fantastic 360 view that includes the Manhattan skyline and borough views from Queens to Brooklyn. Advance tickets are available for $25, with an open bar option for $50, and a VIP option with open bar and a 3-show subscription for just $100. Tickets can be purchased online at www.TheSeeingPlace.com. Payment will also be accepted at the door with a $10 Walkup Fee.

The Seeing Place Theater is an actor-driven ensemble: built by actors and managed by actors to be a base for actors who want to grow & hone their craft in a creative and supportive artistic home. TSP is forcefully committed to four key elements of theatre-making:

• training and developing highly skilled actors into thriving self-producers;
• honoring the craft of the acting process through rehearsal and into performance thereby bringing organic, "fully lived" storytelling to our community;
• presenting compelling works by master playwrights that reflect the struggles and triumphs of our current society;
• and making theater accessible for all New Yorkers by keeping ticket prices affordable.
