The Flea Theater's spookiest serialized play is now a full-length musical. The Management (MilkMilkLemonade by Joshua Conkel, Cut by Crystal Skillman) team up with The Bushwick Starr to bring The House of Von Macramé to gory, glamorous life. Performances run January 23 - February 9, Wednesdays - Saturdays at 8pm. Preview performance: tonight, January 22nd at 8pm.

Britt is a small town girl who unwittingly becomes a muse to eccentric fashion designer, Edsel Von Macramé, and becomes tormented by psychic visions of grisly occult murders within the industry. As more and more models disappear at the hands of The Lipstick Killer and as Von Mac works on his radical new line, Britt and fashion journalist Rosemary Crawley team up to search for the horrific truth. What's behind this string of murdered models? And what glamorous terrors await them within The House of Von Macramé?

A pop horror fashion show, The House of Von Macramé is a celebration of stylish European horror films from the 60s and 70s, an extravaganza of design and spectacle, and an exploration of iconoclasts. Blood is the new black. Hail satin!

The House of Von Macramé is written by Joshua Conkel (MilkMilkLemonade) with music and lyrics by Matt Marks (The Little Death Vol. I). Directed by Nick Leavens.

The cast features Crystal Arnette, Tara Bruno*, Aimee Cucchiaro*, Chris Gwyn, Georgia Haege, Megan Hill*, Jonathan Hooks, Felicia Hudson*, David Mitsch*, Frank Paiva, Paul Pecorino*, Vanessa Pereda, Rochelle Smith*, and James Wells. *Appear courtesy of AEA
